SASREF is a Saudi Aramco Refinery built in 1982 (previously a JV company with Shell). Currently having 305kbpd refining capacity. The Project Management Office oversees Plant Change and Mega Projects. My roles include:Cost Control• Cost budgeting, phasing and spending plan (CBI, AFE). • Cost control of project budget, expenditure, progress reporting and forecast via EVM, VOWD and SAP. • Procurement (PR, PO), invoice processing, SES and payment.• Close-out and asset capitalization. Cost Estimating• Prepares, reviews and validates cost estimate (±50%, ±10% and variations). • For mechanical, piping, civil, electrical & instrumentation. • Manages of cost estimating tools, database. Tools• SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Project Systems (PS).• Advanced Excel knowledge and functions.

SABIC is the 4th largest Petrochemicals company in the world and largest in the Middle East.My roles in SABIC Engineering & Project Management (E&PM) are:Cost Estimating• Prepares ±40% & ±10% estimates. • Cost review & validation.• Cost database & trending.• Tools: ASPEN Kbase (ACCE), Excel, Richardson, Page & RS Means.Project Controls• Develop WBS, CBS, OBS, resource loaded schedule and man-hours.• Supports Project controls (Primavera P6).Estimating experiences• Process equipment, mechanical & piping.• Electrical & instrumentation (DCS, PLC).• Civil, building, infrastructure & security (HCIS, RC).
