 Prepare supply plan for all goods movement from distribution center to retail shop.(Dhaka & Regional) Create Stock transfer order for all outlets & follow-up stock transfer order. Prepare redistribution plan. Maintain optimum inventory by reducing over stock & stock out. Ensure smooth SAP operation in MM module for supply chain day to day operation. Managing Inventory through demand planning for commodities (Based on Forecast, current demand from Outlets & Previous sales history). Generate purchase requisition (MRP run) for Commodities. Follow-up purchase requisition & purchase order with procurement officer for commodities. Monitor Fast moving SKU’s and keep the team informed on supply and shipment updates  Evaluation / collection of data that will assist the decision making process on what volumes are required. Monitor redundant, slow and rejected stock in the warehouse and ensure relevant action is taken to dispose it. Category & Outlet wise target Vs sales & growth report(On daily basis) Contac with Outlet Concerns to know the physical stock status to meet the any types of urgent demand. Visit outlets & distribution center (Daily) if distribution plan is working accordingly.
