* Implement testing of fabric and garment at the very initial stage of Garment development process• Taking part in risk analysis process of all development samples and need to take the precautions to minimize the risks during bulk.• Evaluate Garment wash/dye process in terms of aesthetics, color and testing performance.• Liason with product managers and buyers to make sure the choosen fabric meet all the testing requirements• Review the wash shade band and give the guidelines to match bulk with buyer approved standard.• Approve fabric in terms of shade, hand feel, appearance and other performance.• Guide development team in fabric sourcing and development.• Liason with UK legislation team and buyers to offer sustainable options on existing product on each possible aspects (sustainable fabric, sustainable wash etc)* Working with Mills and factories to offer more sustainable products and processes and to ensure proper certifications (i.e. GRS/RCS/OCS/BCI etc)* Responsible for Mens wear Jean and Trouser, Older/Baby boys woven shirt and bottom department, School wear department ( Jersey + Woven+ Sweater)

Regency Garments Limited ,Cepz, Chittagong

• Provide fabric technical support to the development and production team.• Taking part in risk analysis process from fabric technical point of view.• Collect fabric mill inspection report & all roll head ends of bulk fabric prior shipment & provide approval to fabric mill for shipment.• Communicate with fabric mill & settled all type of fabric issue’s before 2 days of PCD.• Responsible for approving shade comparing with buyer standard and take required initiative for any kind of shade issue.• Provide fabric defect guide line, carrying out a range of technical, investigative and quality control work on clothing and textiles, ensuring that quality, ethical & legal standards are met.• Responsible for monitoring i/h bulk fabric test and follow up on technical hanger and review fabric test report and communicate with supplier/customer on failed parameter’s for commercial approval.• Carrying out color and others testing of fabrics and approving lab dips/ shade band.• Approve fabric in terms of shade, hand feel, appearance and other performance.• Participate in fabric sourcing and development.• Working with a wide variety of product for Men, Women and kids including Formal and casual wear.

Chittagong

o Conduct Final Random Inspection (FRI) and In-line Inspection (DuPro) for both soft goods (Knit, Woven, Sweater etc), hard goods (Tent, Sleeping bag, Backpack, Shoe etc) and fabric as per client`s work instruction and conformity sample.• Read and understand QC file, customer comments and specifications.• Recommend production adjustments to the process or assembly to ensure quality …….as per customer.• Up- to- date about client`s work instruction and follow accordingly.• Explain the inspection procedure to factory representative during opening meeting.• Conduct inspection as per client`s guideline and conformity sample and control the overall environment.• Prepare the inspection report with actual findings and explain details about the findings to concerned person in closing meeting.• Carry out other additional check like- metal check, transportation drop test check, functionality check, Rain test, button pull test check, poly thickness check if required.• Contact with coordination team & client`s local office team if any discrepancy found between production and conformity sample

• Run the shift efficiently & effectively with the specified man and machinery.• Ensure full implementation of standard operating procedure.• Improve all KPI`s (RFT, color quality, MLT, DLT, LpMpD).• Ensure delivery within shortest possible time to meet targeted MLT.• Ensure proper shade passing and analysis of WFT and High CMC lots.• Keep labor hour and wastage within limit.• Ensure on time transaction in SAP.• Workforce development thru continuous monitoring and training.• Ensure health and safety guide line of the organization.• Monitor all priority orders, back orders and delayed orders using SAP and ensure that achievements are in line with set targets with shortfalls in performance addressed and action in coordination with the DH technical controllers.• Continually improve and drive dyehouse productivity, efficiency and utilization through careful review and analysis of production data, working with the Industrial Engineering Team to ensure that optimum workstudy targets and work methods are in place.• Ensure that production is carried out in compliance with all relevant safety, health, quality and environmental management policies, SOPs and controls to guarantee employee safety.• Ensure Dyehouse staff and operators achieve and maintain a high level of capability through the provision of ongoing training, support and both formal and informal performance assessment and feedback.• Encourage Dyehouse employees to embrace change, understand and follow new processes.

Gazipur

• • Planning of dyeing production according to customer`s urgency.• Analysis of sample fabric’s shade & provide recipe for bulk production. • Ensure warping production and dyeing production as per required schedule • Purity & on line testing of all chemicals.• Workforce development thru continuous monitoring and training.• Ensure maximum production output to meet the target by following SOP, health & safety guideline strictly. • Coordinate with planning department and weaving department to avoid any kind of bottleneck situation• Minimize the machine breakdown time.• Update all information in ERP software.• Ensure efficient use of resources (material, manpower, and machine).• Maintain shade consistency and coordinate with quality control team to get the approved shade.
