• Advise Sub Contractors and Project specific Safety requirements, expectations, and best practices• Organize and coordinate the project's Safety training program• Monitor and coach the activities of the Contractor's -project Safety organization• Develop expectations for project management systems for Safety-related activities• Communicate and coordinate guidelines for safety awareness, recognition, and incentive programs• Provide assistance to and participate in risk assessment and studies as defined in the Sub-project's Safety program• Collect, analyze, and report data on safety initiatives and safety performance to project and functional management.• Facilitate regular Safety inspections, assessments, and audits at the various project sites in accordance with established Safety Programs or as requested by project management• Organize and participate in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents, including development of remedial action plans• Review and/or critique contractor incident and investigation notifications and reports• Share Safety Lessons Learned between site and outside organizations• Mentor project contractor safety personnel• Mentor Project's National Safety personnel• Facilitate/encourage heightened HSE awareness and behaviour throughout the Project• Facilitate the Project Safety Steering Committee• Provide Functional leadership for the Site Safety leads and Site Safety Representatives

1. Monitors and controls implementation of the approved annual Safety and Environmental Protection Program, prepared for area of responsibility. 2. Highlights and identifies abnormalities, deviation and substandard practices to concern contractor dept. heads and supervisors recommending corrective remedial measure and follow-up implementation same. 3. Identified imminent hazardous areas, assesses potential impact/ risk and enforces immediate implementation of remedial action. 4. Monitor and control HSE Management System, prepared project monthly statistics and reports to head office in Prague Czech Republic.5. Coordinate for emergency situation and provide emergency plans. 6. Provide behavioural audit and inspection plan and follow to implement. 7. Accidents/ incidents investigation and analysis and follow to take corrective action. 8. Provide HSE training plan and program and follow to implement.

Had been involved in the construction of well head installations and flow lines; work activities includes right-of-way preparation, stringing, excavation, pipe laying & welding, pipe tie-ins, cold cutting, hydro testing, air pigging, holiday testing, etc. Responsible for the work at the job site and sees to it that they are conducted in accordance with projects requirements Liaise with client representatives on matters concerning the site activities Ensure all plant and equipment used in the operations is in good condition Ensures that all assigned activities at the job sites are carried out in a safe and efficient manner Prepares and secures work permits from the client representatives prior to start of work at the job site Implement HSEMS based on OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and get OHSAS Certificate. Inspection and audit and analysis to know deviations and unsafe situations to take corrective action. Accident/ incident investigation, reporting and follow up to correct the deviations and causes of that. Leader of Central HSE Committee team and lead by examples. Risk assessment and provide plan and program to control the HSE high potential risks.

Consistently and fairly enforce HSE procedures.Ensure suitable Personal Protective Equipment and tools are available and properly used.Promptly address reported safely concerns; violations and action itemsensure two ways communication is fulfilled to the HSE Manager. Ensure the Action tracking system is properly maintained and feedback on outstanding actions is given to the HSE Manager on a weekly basis.Follow up the on feedback from the HSE Manager informed on the observations and findings from different groups and meetings with clientEnsure all preparations for Safety Huddles are coordinated and communicated with the Construction team and site ManagementGive feedback to the HSE Manager on performance of the team and advise incentive nominees on a monthly basis.

Assist management /support functions in establishing, maintaining & improving HSE management system. Conduct on-site surveillance & reporting during the construction phase of the project to ensure Contractor compliance to legislative and established project HSE standards. Review / audit onsite processes such as P.T.W., Radiography, Welding, Scaffolding, Confined space work etc. as per the company audit schedule. Co-ordinate and actively participate in the screening & training of all personnel, including subcontractors. Evaluate onsite working conditions and recommend improvements in HSE methods, practices and procedures.Document violations through notes, sketches, measurements, photographs and gather evidence and prepare reports. Advise on the process of accident investigation and where appropriate, generate reports, formulate corrective actions and facilitate the successful implementation of preventive measures. Ensure regular update / attend personal trainings as required and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training, toolbox talks, and involving them in HSE through prevention and reporting of non conformities.

Carry out plant inspection, job safety analysis, associated in the construction onshore, pre-commissioning and commissioning. 3. Audits compliance with all safety and environment protection regulations. Promote awareness of site personnel to safety through toolbox safety meeting and safety posters. 4. Effective implementation of safety work permit system and the total adherence of the construction onshore field management and supervision.

Establish and ensure implementation of the HSE and security Management System and plan on the all construction phases ensuring compliance with OHSA 18001 and ISO 9000, 14001 standards /. (Special programmes implemented are People Base Safety (PBS) and Safe Task Analysis & Risk Reduction Techniques (STARRT)) Provide HSE leadership and technical expertise to company and sub contactors personnel to continuously improve safety and security. Review and approve all method statements and risk assessments, to ensure compliance to international standards, before submission for final client approval. Coordinate and communicate with Client on Project HSE and security issues. Establish a project HSE audit program & schedule and perform the Project HSE Audit within the project organization in cooperation with joint ventures board requirements. Report such results to Project Management. Provide technical support/guidance as necessary to accident/incident investigation and ensure mitigation controls are implemented.
