Research AssistantInstitute For Advanced Studies In Basic Sciences, Zanjan Sep 2017 - Apr 2019Zanjan Province, IranWe worked on overlap of the quantum information and condensed matter, using entanglement features to distinguish different phases of matter. Behaviour of the entanglement spectra of the ground state of honeycomb lattice in the presence of spin-orbit coupling was investigated. We used the tight-binding method for studying analytically the eigenstates of the system. By tracing out one layer, we obtained the entanglement Hamiltonian. By employing single particle correlations we constructed the entanglement Hamiltonian and obtained its eigenvalues with parameters of the energetic Hamiltonian.
