Leading the maintenance planning and supervising plans adherence across packing line.Supporting the shift electricians in solving the issues during shifts.Analyzing mechanical/ electrical failures following why/why analysis methodology reaching the root causes and ensure all corrective actions plan is in place.Identifying the critical spare parts for machines and ensure safety stock is always met.Communicating with suppliers all proposed all machine's improvements and get their feedback for all failures for local solutions.Reporting maintenance plan execution adherence / progress to the management.

I am working in the biggest ever project in Procter & Gamble, the first time P&G decided to execute the project following the technical readiness methodology, I participate in this project starting from Design review , VAT, line's installation, commissioning and Qualification till get the line in normal operation, our results in technical readiness are outstanding comparing with sister plants in Europe, all technical managers from PG in Europe gave a very positive feedback on my talent and capabilities in troubleshooting and technical mastery.

Leading the implantation of data acquisition system to packing lines (MAPLE).Train and qualify all users and electricians on the new system.Leading the system's validation and ensure that success criteria is achieved. Leading the top tow defects project for solving the chronic issues of shrink wrapper machine and cap sorter machine through proper communication with the suppliers in parallel with PLC's code/programming and introduction of electrical and pneumatic improvements.Leading the introduction of the new packaging designs/ materials and ensure reliability target is met along with agreed quality measures.Leading the Factory Acceptance Tests (FACT) for the new packing lines in England, France, Spain and Italy.Leading vertical startup for the machines in plant achieving target results in both reliability and quality.Leading the quality related losses elimination project for disoriented cap for the existing lines by installing vision system instead of old technology sensor.Providing the support for other sister plants internally in the site such as filler issue in Dish Care plant.Providing the support for other sister plant externally (Czech Republic) to reduce the downtime on labeler machine from 50 min to 10 min. by resolve the existing issues and provide them with proper recommendations to sustain the results.
