I have experience with book/tax adjustments, partner allocations, and gain/loss calculations using GoSystems and K-1 suites tax applications in order to file (paper & e-file) returns. I have prepared and reviewed Section 926 reporting analysis, Subpart F analysis, PFIC Analysis, QEF Inclusion/E&P Analysis, Gain/loss analysis on a foreign corporation, and analysis of foreign taxes paid.
