Fundamentals of solid-phase microextraction of analytes from tissue and blood plasma followed by experimental and in-silico approaches.

I worked as an R&D scientist in a fast-track group which was dedicated for the development of therapeutic human recombinant proteins such as, interferon alpha, GCSF, erythropoietin alfa-2a and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) etc. Over the four and half years of time I developed myself as a core analytical scientist in the R&D and performed following major responsibilities:# Analytical method development for characterization of biotherapeutic human recombinant proteins using ESI-QTOF 5600 mass spectrometer coupled with liquid chromatography which comprised of identification- protein intact mass and de novo peptide sequencing, impurities profiling, and post-translational modifications analysis.# Protein purifications using- affinity chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, gel chromatography, and ion-exchange chromatography.# Maintenance of analytical instruments.# Writing SOPs and other relevant validation documents.# Training and mentorship of fellow colleagues.
