 Documenting the all Civil Society Support Centre’s activities using the appropriate documentation methods (pictures - video - audios -attendance lists… etc.) according to the project’s M&E plan.  Develop, implement, and assess monitoring frameworks for all organization's partnerships and projects, as well as for funding proposals. Develop the overall framework for project M&E systems in collaboration with donor and senior project staff, including requirements, reporting, baseline, and evaluation surveys; develop and monitor project management plan to systematically document performance. Facilitate design of “SMART” objectives, logic models, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation plans during annual work-planning process. Ensure the alignment of M&E activities with program goals. Contribute to the development of annual work plans to identify project targets and ensure inclusion of M&E activities. Maintain existing indicator tracking tools; develop additional databases and tracking tools as needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of project interventions. Ensure adherence to specific monitoring and reporting requirements. Analyze data for accuracy, flag validation or quality issues, and contribute to system fixes. Generate indicator reports for tracking progress against key indicators as needed. Create and integrate graphics in reports and information products to help visualize data in a meaningful way. Edit content and presentation of all reporting and deliverables before submittal to ensure superior quality and professionalism. Coordinate responses to requests for information. Contribute to developing and reporting of project reviews, assessments, surveys, and other analytic or evaluation processes and products. Ensure a unified approach to partner self-assessment and programmatic close-out reporting.

 Registration of beneficiaries of Emergency program on the KOBO and ODK form (CFF - MPCA ) necessary reports, filling out all required forms and submitting Them to the supervisor. Monitoring, evaluating and collecting all data related to work activities (Challenges Kobo ,environmental impact Kobo )  Distribution of CFF and MPCA in Hassakah city. Evaluation study of the local markets.

 Carry out, in accordance with program guidelines, the distribution process of program beneficiaries. Always ensure the process is transparent, comprehensive and carried out in a dignified and participatory manner. Support the Distribution Officer in the successful implementation of NFI distributions. Prepare and implement the distribution of NFI including site prep, verification, distribution, crowd control and the handling of complaints. Supervise volunteers/Daily Workers on site. Carry out outreach efforts and ensure local buy – in. Work with local representatives and figures to ensure the program is well understood by the community and is in line with local expectations and requirements. If required, participate in the initial needs assessment to help the program gain a better understanding of the scope and location of the crisis/ IDPs Beneficiaries clusters. Promptly identify and recommend solutions to technical issues on site and communicate and report directly any related issue to the line manager. Prepare the distribution voucher of IDPs for any distribution round (NFI kits and SOKs). Fully comply with CCR safety and security procedures and provide input to security monitoring and assessments to enable and promote a safe and secure environment for program implementation. Collect and compile key distribution data including registration lists, distribution lists and distribution reports. Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities directly if required or by providing feedback to the monitoring and evaluation team. Fully comply with CCR Distribution SOP and guidelines. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop CCR program

Providing advice and guidance to entrepreneurs regarding the labor market Providing beneficiaries (new entrepreneurs) with guidance and studies on the labor market and companies.  Raising awareness of the beneficiaries of the skills required in the labor market in light of the developments in the work environment and the requisite skills rehabilitation. Provide specific training programs to help beneficiaries maintain and improve job skills. Connecting the labor market and companies with new entrepreneurs. Submit periodic reports to the employee concerned with project follow-up SMPG (small medium project grants).
