Responsible to keep eyes on P & L.Ensures that under no circumstances the telephones are left unattended.Maintains a professional / friendly relationship with in-house guests. Frequently tours all related areas ensuring the highest possible cleanliness and maintenance standards. Handles guest complaints directly.
