Duties/Responsibilities:• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.• Manage promotional activities to endorse products.• Reviewing existing customer and looking for growth opportunities.• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:• Learnt most of the operations of sales and marketing department, especially product selling, branding, advertising, promotion etc. • Some other corporate activities of any private firm such as managerial, financial, accounting, controlling, auditing etc.
