Handling enterprise accounts small medium and large with DU the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company as well as following up on account managers and accounts transfer and hand over, making sure that the process has done perfectly on monthly basis in order to maintain our premium customers satisfaction by giving the enterprise account to the right account manager in order to make sure that the account being managed perfectly as well as helping the account managers achieving their targets. 2. Helping our sales team being updated on their deals and how the process is going between their clients and our Account Management team.3. Following the sales order till maturity ensuring that desired services & order has been delivered to the end user,4. Transferring enterprise accounts between the enterprise account managers based on the enterprise account history and our clients5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, costing and finance to develop proposals for sales opportunities.6. Building strong pipeline along with internal marketing & solutions team to increase customer’s market penetration & maximize revenue.7. We have direct coordination with the customer support team in order to have a better understanding of our premium clients complains and requests and communicate them to the Account Management team in order to make sure they have been solved perfectly.

1. Data entry and update the details for account managers and enterprise accounts on our systems.2. Managing Small-Medium, developing new business via e communication3. Transfer the Small-Medium within the account mangers based on the criteria of the company.4. Give the details of the accounts for high level management to taking decisions regarding update the vertical of the accounts level from SME to LE and vice versa.

1. Pursuing new accounts through lead generation, cold calls and advertising referrals.2. Developing strategies to increase market share in same-store sales of client products.3. Maintaining accurate records; including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.4.
