Leading a team of engineers, the focus was on preparing detailed technical proposals, tender cost estimations, and technical discussions for pre-bid meetings with both clients and consultants. I evaluated projects awarded for full and complete documentation, encompassing P&IDs, designs, layout, hydraulic calculation, asset specification, and detailed engineering. I acted as a consultant for the Planning Manager to schedule project activities against budget and deadline, with meticulous cost monitoring and progress reporting.
