Prepared daily work schedules, work permits which includes monitoring of their progress status and organize Technicians for execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning of all instrumentation equipment’s during cold loop, hot loop and functional checks as well as conducting tool box talk for full understanding of all involved personnel of work scope as per work permits requirements and to ensure the execution of work are in safe and efficient manner. Supervise Technicians to carry out instrumentation jobs activities in marine and topside field equipment and associated control system related to ICSS, fire and gas system, ESD system, , Essential and Emergency Diesel Generator, flare ignition system, pig launchers and receivers, water injection system, separators and dehydration facilities, utilities packages to ensure that it is carried out and followed in accordance with approved drawings and project specification procedures this includes installation, loop checking, repair and calibration checks of defective instruments, interlocks/alarms and control verifications, simulation, cause and effect matrix checks, function test, field calibration and highlight technical problems encountered and proposed corrective actions. Execute the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run activities, OTP and provide assistance to Vendors as required for minor field instrumentation modifications, repair and replacement.

Familiar with instrumentation related drawings like P & I diagram, ESD System diagram, Process flow diagram, Cause and effect chart, Marshaling details instrument layout, cable layout, etc.⮚ Report weekly progress report, punch list clearance and involved in material receiving and inspection of commissioning spares according to project specification to ensure availability of equipment in a day to day work schedule.⮚ Witness and/or verify all Instrument mechanical completion activities performed by the Construction Contractor including approval of punch lists.⮚ Execute all Instrument pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for assigned sub-systems.
