Ensuring Non conformance closing with proper Corrective and preventive actions. Setting up KPI at various levels within organization. Analyzing various KPI and taking corrective actions to ensure its achievement. Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Ensuring Organization Policies are communicated to all stakeholders.
