Being part of team involved in SAP configuration and implementation.Responsibility: Raw Materials receipt and management as per temperature requirements, RM issuance to Production, Finish Products receipt from Production floor and storage as per temperature requirements, Sales management via primary dispatches and Secondary Sales management via direct vans / routes management. I started my carrier with Unilever Pakistan Limited in 1991 and have enjoyed the following assignments• Distribution Planning – Detergent – PP, Tea on national level.• Wall’s Ice Cream Distribution and Logistics with handling Primary sales planning and execution through Refrigerated long vehicles and Secondary distribution planning with handling of direct distribution module, operation 108 secondary vehicles dispatch per day.• Have been working in Traditional Trade i.e. Direct Selling Functions with Detergent / Foods for about 4 years.• Have enjoyed working as Senior Mobile Operation & Development Manager Ice Cream for 3 years.• National Mobile Channel Coordinator Walls Ice Cream for 1 year – main responsibilities was Assets Management to get optimum sales through-put and ensure achievement of annual sales contract. Build and Present future growth plans.During my 17 year carrier with Unilever Pakistan Limited I have worked in different rolls and have enjoyed good repute in cost controlling and targets achievement. Above all innovative ideas in distribution and sales were got approved and implemented for better controls and cost effectiveness with operational efficiencies. I have 10 years of warehousing and distribution experience in Unilever Pakistan Ltd. (4 year in Tea/ Oils/Detergents and 6 years with Ice Cream) and my major achievements were optimum utilization of resources and achieving excellence by delivering best with controlling the overall distribution costs. Customers 100% satisfaction for services provided by my department and at the same time meeting the revised stretching targets. Enabling production department to keep running machines and continue production even at times when the sales are at slow pace in market place by creating sufficient storage capacity in the factory cold store.
