Training of Nikkah Registrars (TNR) ProjectThe Punjab Commission on the Status of Women (PCSW) and the Center for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP) are collaborating on an impact evaluation of the PCSW initiative for Training of Nikkah Registrars in Punjab.Field Coordinator, Coordination with the Punjab Commission on the Status of Women (PCSW) and Local Government Department (LGD).Development and piloting of instruments and protocols. Updating data bases and coding of the data. Management and record keeping of all the data coming from trainings and from the field.Women’s Mobility Project Survey Planning:Assisted the project team in designing all survey activities, instruments, and approaches.Made and implemented field plans and mapping exercises to achieve periodic goals of survey activities. Recruitment and training of enumerators, field supervisors and field monitors. Survey Operations:Supervised all administrative and coordination tasks between project team at CERP and the field staff. Ensure punctuality, attendance, and professional conduct of enumerators, supervisors, and monitors.
