livelihood program coordinator:- Supervise all the livelihood activities all over the organization.- Conduct and organizing the Market analysis, labour market service.- Attending LWG held by UNHCR.- Attending the CFW coordination group meetings.- Livelihood focal points. - Support the grant department in planning and organizing the livelihood activity.- Expert in WPs procedures for Syrians and the MOL instructions.- Expert in SMEs and HBB procedures.- Expert in adult education, planning, implementation and supervision.(CFW) coordinator (funded by GIZ)- Supervising activities and verifying correctness of implementation in relation to project planning, financial requirements and timeframe.- Coordinating and following up worker’s contractual procedures (selection, hiring, performance, payments, etc.)- Following up on the worker's work permits procedures.- Coordinating and following up with operations and logistics the procurement plan- Maintaining relationship with the Donor technical team- Maintaining the relationship with local partners and with all stakeholders involved in the project- Reporting to the project manager and donor- Managing and coordinating project activities in order to reach project objectives and results.- Coordinating and supervising project staff.- Support the project manager in managing project work plan, budget forecasts.- Developing and Defining the M&E tools in coordination with the Donor M&E department.- Perform any other duties as requested by immediate Supervisor.
