Current1. Planning for future development: This involves strategizing and implementing improvements in line with the organization's goals and objectives.2. FM Operation Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning, and addressing any issues that may arise.3. Sustainability improvements planning and energy savings: Developing plans to improve sustainability practices and reduce energy consumption within the facility.4. Setting project budgets and timelines: Determining the financial resources and timeframes required for completing facility projects.5. Providing supervision and guidance: Assisting staff in troubleshooting issues, providing training and guidance, and supervising their work as directed by the Engineering Manager.6. Managing and supervising daily activities: Overseeing the daily tasks and activities of the facility team.7. Implementing maintenance programs: Ensuring the timely execution and proper implementation of maintenance programs.8. Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations: Monitoring and ensuring that all work done, including the maintenance of hospitals, stores, clinics, equipment, and fixtures, complies with health and safety regulations.9. Documentation and reporting: Creating and maintaining engineering plans, check sheets, reports, and other necessary documentation related to engineering activities.10. Attending meetings: Participating in daily or regular engineering meetings to discuss progress, updates, and completion of tasks.11. Training and assistance: Providing knowledge and training to staff members and offering assistance whenever needed.12. Directing staff activities: Guiding and managing the activities of the staff under your supervision.
