Assess and update them at the end ofeach stage.● Prepare the project plan, stage plans, and work package descriptions, and update as necessary.● Authorize work packages, and set work package tolerances.● Ensure that project risks are being identified, assessed, and controlled throughout the project.● Ensure that team managers implement the management approaches agreed in their team plans.● Establish and maintain a healthy project ecosystem, and ensure the wellbeing of the projectmanagement team.● Establish and maintain the project log, assisted by project support where possible.● Implement corrective actions and risk responses (as the risk action owner) for assigned risks.● Instruct corrective action when work package level tolerances are forecast to be exceeded.● Manage the procedures required of the management approaches, assisted by project supportwhere possible.● Monitor progress against stage plans. Review the impact of issues and risks on the continuedviability of the business case.● Produce exception reports for the project board when stage level or project level tolerances areforecast to be exceeded.● Prepare an exception plan to implement decisions in response to exception reports.● Produce lessons reports, highlight reports, exception reports, end stage reports, and the endproject report. Remain responsible for sustainability reporting from the project perspective.● Assess and report on project performance at project closure.

• Maintaining and improving contract margin by increasing capabilities and by creating standard operating procedures.• Projects Estimate, Project cost, budget creation and cost to complete.• Development of Value Based Solution proposals, Contribute functional and technical content for RFQ, RFI and RFP responses; contributing to Architecture and deployment of solutions Design, Implement and Management Solutions.• Understand customer needs and respond with appropriate solutions.• Analyzing new products and to understand its functionality Configuration and Implementation.• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through pro-active attention to customer requirements and positive customer interactions.• Develop relation with the new partners.• Responsible for Purchase Orders creation, Liaises with other contractors/sub-contractors, and lead the service team to ensure all site activities or operation are properly coordinated.• Ensure the Management are kept fully informed of all site activity progress.• Deliver product demos, product proofs of concept, and technical support during the sales process.• Supervise the design and engineering team and coordinate with the main contractor and consultant to get all approvals.• Monitor the QA/QC team to maintain on time submittals and follow up to get the approval.
