Key Responsibilities:-• Manage daily treasury operations including cash management, debt management, and investment activities. • Monitor and analyze cash flow and develop strategies to optimize cash position.• Responsible for cash management and forecasting activities.• Responsible for the preparation of Checks Company.• Assisted in the preparation of the annual budget.• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for review and verification of Finance Manager.• Liaise with banks and other financial institutions for day to day operations and ensure bank related documentation is complete and accurate.• Daily accounting transactions support in processing accounting transactions AP, and GL so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner. • Lead the accounts payable process, including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition. •Support the team with tax filing by vouching the invoices.• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.• Perform critical accounting close activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.• Monitor and analyze customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and resolution of outstanding balances.• Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits to ensure that accurate and timely information is provided at all times.• Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff, fostering professional development and ensuring team effectiveness.• Oversee the procurement process through SAP, ensuring alignment with the marketing budget.• Work the accounting program on (Quick Books and SAP ERP).

* Accountant Reporting to Financial ManagerKey Responsibilities :-• Manage the company accounting functions, including accounts payable, and general ledger activities.• Process book entries according that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.• Reconcile general ledger Vs. Account payable.• Reconcile Customers Accounts by using confirmation letters.• Prepare and Issue Sales Invoices.• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for review and verification of Finance Manager.• Responsible for the preparation of Checks Company.• Maintaining List of Returned cheques & follow-up.• Supporting the petty cash system as guided by the Finance Manager and according to the petty cash.• The collection of cash and credit sales per day from men.• The settlement of cash and cash count every day and at the end of each month.• Preparation of deposit slips for banks.• Cooperate with external auditors and bring to them the necessary information to issued the audited financial report.• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.• Work the accounting program on ERP System (ISCALA) and ( SAP ).
