CurrentMonitoring compliance with safety regulations at work place. ❖ Recommend disciplinary actions against violators of site safety regulations. ❖ Participate in safety walk with top management. ❖ Site inspection and reporting to HSE Manager. ❖ Follow HSE related instruction of HSE Manager. ❖ Weekly Inspection of all the plant and equipment being used at site. ❖ Participate in safety walks with top management. ❖ Assist in Preparation of accident / incident investigation reports. ❖ Assist in conducting Emergency Evacuation/Rescue Drills. ❖ Respond to emergencies on site, fire and Medical etc. ❖ Attend internal HSE Meetings. ❖ Ensure compliance with client HSE standards and procedures ❖ Prepared Task Risk Assessments for all critical activities. ❖ Accompanied Client HSE team on weekly management safety walks and followed up on observations. ❖ Conduct induction training for new employees and briefing of MS/RA to supervisors. ❖ Permit to work system compliance of Excavation, Confined Spaces and Hot work. ❖ Liaison with approved third-party training agency to organize external training i.e., Basic First Aid, Fire Warden, Riggers and Scaffold training. ❖ Incident / Accident investigation and Reporting. ❖ Conduct monthly meetings with the Asst. Safety Officers. ❖ Conducting Mock drill for Medical Emergency & Fire Safety.
