Compilation & circulation of ATM position summary with details of total successful & unsuccessful transactions, system errors and ATM uptime, downtime percentages.  Amassing position of Inflows, Outflows & Account Balance of Cash Management Company Accounts. Analysis of deviations on cases to prevent the burst of Deviation CAP and to indicate changes on Product Policy.  Compiling discrepancies on cases marked by the C.I.U supportive for the timely resolution of the cases

 Assigned special project to setup Business Intelligence Unit – BIU in Recovery Department.  Monitoring of the Sales Performance on daily, monthly and annual basis in several breakups.  Updating schedules of Inductions & Refreshers to Training department of fresh and old employees.  Raising DSSR (Distributed Service Support Request) activities and coordinating with local & international IT Service Centers.  Providing updates to HR in terms of remuneration of Salaries, Incentives & Head Count reconciliation.  Tracking U Management records and providing the report to relevant departments for further implementation.
