• Attend the New project client meeting and discussions, New site evaluation and estimation Existing maintenance project client meeting, evaluation of maintenance site performance.• Evaluation and visit to the existing project site and seasonal rehabilitation of new plantation as and when required.• Estimation of any new project, preparation of BOQ, Preparation of commercial and technical proposal for the project.• Providing the idea or guidelines to the designer for the new project like plantation criteria, type, variety etc. and along with this the incorporation of client requirement.• Accumulating information on new technologies required by the clients and adopt. • Consolidate civil work information required in the landscaping work and find Civil subcontractor for the project.• Verification of weekly and monthly project reports which include the overall project details like summary of monthly invoices, summary of manpower, tools and equipment, consumable materials, project vehicles and submit the same to the General manager for his review.• Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. • Organize, attend and participate in client and management meetings.• Ensure all worksites adhere to approved plans and schedules and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each worksite.• Assess project issues and provide solutions or alternatives whenever necessary.• Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all team members.• Create a project management calendar for each goal and objective.• Organize worksite with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.• Record all the project expenses and incomes in a company standard format and reporting the same to the General manager.
