Currently, I have the privilege of leading a dedicated team of 145 individuals, including 14 direct reports, overseeing operations across 7 Technical Schools and 3 TVET Institutes.Before joining UCEP Bangladesh, I served as a District Coordinator in the SHARIQUE program of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Bangladesh. In this role, I played a vital part in enhancing the capacities of BRDB, PNGOs, and Union Parishads. Additionally, my tenure as an Area Manager at Transparency International Bangladesh involved close collaboration with governmental and non-governmental entities, civil society organizations, and youth groups.With over 17 years of experience in national and international development organizations, my expertise encompasses governance, skills development, capacity building for both governmental and non-governmental bodies, advocacy, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and comprehensive program planning and execution.
