My current Duties :• Manage and Support the Corporate Financial Reporting Process including the standalone of 5 entities and the Consolidated FS.• Audit all types of taxation (Zakat and Corporate taxation) for all the entities including UAE and Egypt.• Supervise the work submitted for the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) along with the Tax Due Diligence (TDD).• Support to develop the financial section in the prospectus for the company’s IPO submission.• Review and prepare the analytic variance for the monthly payroll.• Respond to all the External and Internal Audit inquiries.• Set the posting setup for all modules in the ERP.• Led the Data migration between BI and ERP.

• Responsible of the financial reporting of 3 SBU’s of Abunayyan Group (Saudi Tumpane, Citiscape, MEAC).• Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor annual budgets for all departments, and provide monthly budget forecasts.• Preparing the budget and the forecast for those SBUs and ensure to maintain the preset target.• Assist the Valuation Team in their tasks and assisting in the preparation of financial due Diligence of potential investment.• Review the pricing of the projects and give opinion on potential investments and ensure proper financing for all Projects.• Understand results and respond to Board Inquires.• Ad-hoc projects and reporting using Excel, reports included but are not limited to: Billings and Revenue, P&L’s, Manpower Analysis, Project Status.
