Took the lead of Palladium’s participation within a consortium of international partners: Chemonics International and URC to provide services in the area of Information Technology within a USAID-funded HRH2030 Program (Human Resources for Health in 2030) in Jordan. The role included harmonizing HRH data systems, rolling out WHO-recommended WISN for HRH planning, and supporting the interoperability of the HR systems and the other Health Information Systems.

Engage in, advocate, and support the activities related to the broad implementation of the unified HRIS across all the governmental bodies. • Oversaw and evaluated the IT operations, teams, and infrastructure with regard to the CSB’s established goals.

Oversaw a cross-functional liaison partner team to deliver a governmental unified cloud HRIS & Payroll system administrated and authorized to CSB for mandatory implementation at 100 ministries and departments.

Took the lead of a senior IT engineering team to work through all of the activities of the cleansing of 2+ million HR data records in collaboration with 200 workgroups at 64 ministries and departments performing entry points to verify and purify online data based on the archived documents.

Developed, tested, deployed, maintained, and enhanced the CSB’s COBOL and BASIC HR business systems and modules. Participated in the strategic CSB’s project activities to transform the legacy COBOL HR systems to Oracle opposites.
