- Review and check all the daily vouchers resulting from the works of all accountants.- Follow-up the balances of agents and customers.- Updating the performance bond guarantee from others to us.- Prepaid Cash Position Report- Prepaid Income statement and Balance Sheet - Prepaid Budget Income statement and Balance Sheet - Direct the tasks assigned to each accountant in the department- Follow up all the departments works- Filing and updating the advance payment guarantee.- Prepare financial management reports.- Prepare Costing Reports - Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes

- Maintaining the contracts for subcontractors for each Department separately- Review payment certificate after the preparation of the accountant based on the previous payment certificate, retention and any other deduction.- Responsible to post the entry to the system for each payment certificate with the right cost codes (Department).- Prepare the cost to complete report.- Prepare Prepaid Report. - Prepare daily petty cash report.- Prepare and post to the system all the petty cash reimbursement.- Follow-up the balances of agents and customers.- Updating the performance bond guarantee from others to us.- Filing and updating the advance payment guarantee.

- Preparing & monitoring Markup (define rules for determining the markup percentage to be applied to net prices in the various selling channels). - Preparing & monitoring commission (define rules determining the percentage or amount of commission granted to travel agents and markets). - Monitoring Agents Accounts- Agent Reconciliation (reconcile accounts of agents and corporate clients and to view all agent/corporate client payments due.) - Preparing Statement Report - Supplier Reconciliation (Reconcile supplier accounts and view supplier activity history, and issue payment due to supplier )- Monitoring General ledger- Preparing Sales and Profit Report through Business Intelligence system - Preparing Cash Flow Report
