Our range of business included but not limited to poultry, frozen food, information technology, animation etc.. This rule require me to prepare -Prepared for Financial Statements (Income Statements, Balance Sheet, Trail Balance, Cash Flow Etc.) for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.Ensure regular accounting data entry (Payments, Receipts, Journal etc) in “ERP'' an Accounting Software.Monitoring Reconciliation of Bank Statements after closing of the period.Prepared of budget, Costing, product pricing. Break even analysis etc.Maintain and supervise petty cash and ensure timely payments and adjustments.Liaison with banks, leasing company and insurance company regarding financial related matters. Assist Head of Finance to Prepared Financial Manuals/Standards for the organizations.Direction, Supervision and review of works assigned to the subordinate from time to time. Work and assist to Admin. Dept. to Monthly and Yearly Inventory verification, Fixed asset accounting etc. Supervision of internal audit team & assist external auditor for performing the external audit of the company.
