Key duties include:Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC):•QA/QC Plan Implementation: Developing and enforcing QA/QC plans to ensure project compliance with standards.•Inspection and Testing: Conducting inspections and tests to verify material and workmanship quality.• Documentation: Maintaining QA/QC records, including inspection reports and compliance certificates.•Non-Conformance Management: Identifying and resolving non-conformances promptly.•Supplier/Sub-contractor Evaluation: Ensuring quality standards are met by suppliers and sub-contractors.•Continuous Improvement: Enhancing QA/QC processes through best practices.Site Inspection and Supervision:•Daily Inspections: Monitoring daily construction activities for compliance with plans and safety standards.•Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with engineers, architects, sub-contractors, and clients to resolve site issues.•Progress and Safety Monitoring: Tracking project progress and enforcing safety protocols.•Technical Support: Providing guidance to site teams on construction methods.•Quality Reporting: Preparing and presenting quality reports to management and clients.Project Management:•Planning and Scheduling: Developing project plans and schedules, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion.•Budget and Risk Management: Controlling project budgets and managing risks proactively.•Client Liaison: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.•Team Leadership: Leading the project team to achieve project goals.By integrating my skills in QA/QC, site inspection, and project management, I ensure the successful and high-quality delivery of the Data Center construction project.
