Providing finance reporting, controlling and transaction support to the business units as a business partner (departments dashboards, financial KPI’s, payables, treasury, management reports, budgets and forecasts, cash & risk management, transparence of overhead structures and costs).Manage finance process for annual budget exercise (full P&L, cash flow, Balance Sheet) including detailed overhead budgets and monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.Manage deadlines and files required to satisfy external and internal audit requirements.Perform and supervise performance evaluation in daily basis for Sales & production dashboard.Working closely with departments heads to evaluate performance and achieve monthly sales & production budgets.Manage controls over inventory accounting system & ERP.Preparing monthly contribution margin and profitability analysis.Preparing monthly selling price list based on the new prices of raw material.Evaluates variances from Budget and Forecast, and offers recommendations for corrective action.Update the standard cost based on the average purchase prices and report the trends of raw material prices.Calculate costs for new projects and products.
