  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.• Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.• Responsible to raise Project Purchase requests in SAP as per final bill of quantity, work scope andproject specification.• Coordinate with Planning department for allocation of budget and Project Manager forapprovals of all purchase requisitions.• Create and maintain good relationship with suppliers / vendors.• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.• Finalization of Purchase Orders with committed controls, terms and conditions withsuppliers under specified limits.• Keep tracking the task until Purchase order finalization.• Arranging of advance payment request.• Arranging Payment upon delivery.• Closing of local purchase orders as instructed by project manager and site team.• Follow up for the payments with accounts of clean invoices for central Purchase order’s and local purchase order’s.• Follow-up with supplier to submit invoice to close the purchase order / local purchase order’s.• Maintain the status for purchase orders.• Complying all VAT procedures as per government while processing of invoice for payment with accounts department.
