Key Responsibilities:•Report to the General Manager and deal with all technical office activities related to supply, installation and maintenance of Rain Bird irrigation networks and central control systems for a wide range of applications.•Liaise with clients to review and map their requirements related to proposed and ongoing projects.•Prepare statements of technical queries and follow up with the client to obtain required clarifications. •Coordinate with the team and lead… Show more Key Responsibilities:•Report to the General Manager and deal with all technical office activities related to supply, installation and maintenance of Rain Bird irrigation networks and central control systems for a wide range of applications.•Liaise with clients to review and map their requirements related to proposed and ongoing projects.•Prepare statements of technical queries and follow up with the client to obtain required clarifications. •Coordinate with the team and lead technical discussions related to incoming, ongoing and pending projects.•Review and verify documents including plans, drawings, hydraulic analysis reports, specifications and BOQs and follow up for approval of the client.•Prepare material submittals and indexes along with compliance statements as per contract requirements.•Define installation details, deal with pump selection and drawings for various facilities including lakes/reservoirs and soccer fields in coordination with product managers – electrical, mechanical, agricultural & playground equipment and artificial grass.•Review and update technical documents including reports and scorecards for items like filters.•Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers like Rain Bird, Armas, STF and Eurodrip to finalize pricing of BOQs and provide selling prices to the sales team for developing and submitting quotations to clients.•Work with the logistics department in determining selling prices for various services and produce Crystal Reports. •Participate in bi-weekly meetings with the Riyadh area Sales Manager and conduct monthly visits to Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam and the Northern region. Manage all aspects of design, pricing, technical discussion and after-sales service for Rain Bird central control systems.•Liaise and communicate with consultants, contractors, developers, ministries and municipalities to achieve specification of the company’s products for various projects.
