-Registering and canceling staffs which are required to be registered with the Capital Market Authority (CMA). -Ensuring that the Group Client’s are not in the (United Nations Terrorist & Antimony Laundry) list which is updated on regular basis. -Following up on the lists sent by the CMA for banned persons. -Following up on opening accounts contracts sure they are complete and accurate as well as ensure there is no customer and their activity. Moreover make on the list of terrorism. -Reviewing the terms and conditions of the funds established by the group and make sure its clauses are in accordance with the regulations of the CMA. Moreover inform the participants of any changes. -Matching daily volume of companies invested in by the group's funds with that of the benchmark. -Verifying that no investment by any investor exceeds 10% of the assets of the Fund. ‐Preparing weekly and monthly reports for investment funds as well as sending them to the CMA.

-Checking supplier invoices, in case of discrepancy contact with the supplier and clarifies the matter. -Check payments for the purchase orders if a term of payment from supplier is in advance, and then proceed supplier order confirmation with payment approval to Finance Dept. -Shipment Instruction gives to supplier when order is ready with them. -Follow up with forwarder in order to On-Board the shipment on time. -Doing computations for Freight Charges (Air, Sea & Courier) -Checking invoices (Forwarder & Courier), in case of discrepancy contact them by emails and by phone and ask them to clarify the matter or issue credit note if the prices not based on their quotations.

-Trailing the rises or litigations at the court and labor office. -Clearing the process of establishing articles of partnership.
