• Supervise all inbound and outbound International shipping (Air freight, express shipping, and Ocean freight), and delivery process starting from Supplier premises to our sites and vice versa.
• Ensure that the shipments are well packed for shipping, picked up, shipped and delivered safely to final destination in a timely manner.
• Organize, store and monitor the distribution of goods to ensure the material are shipped to their appropriate destinations.
• Ensure effective and timely implementation of all daily operational Logistics
• Work with a team to ensure that all logistical needs are met in an efficient and timely manner.
• Managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and unloading of shipments.

• Study the projects and the ability to apply from different aspects such as financially, capabilities, risk, etc...
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, deliveries and services that matches with customers projects specifications (Foreign and local purchasing).
• Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing and Logistics duties.
• Prepare RFQ, Pricing for the projects, and issue PO.
• Supervise the procedure for applying the projects
• Selection of vendors, evaluation of Supplier performance records.

• Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.

• Issue bank guarantees for tenders such as Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Maintenance Bond

• Conducting procurement plans and reordering shortage in stock
• Evaluating and monitoring stocks, and accordingly preparing reports to Management
• Formulate Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conducting market surveys to evaluate and determine current market demands /trends and accordingly building up data for future procurement.
• Manage logistics operations, including, material and personnel.
• Checking sea freight rates and deciding on which lines or shipping agents to work through.
