• Manage a team, resolve disputes and foresee potential cost or schedule issues.• Redesign HVAC works including:-Heat load calculation, duct design, chilled water pipe design for above and underground chilled water pipe, Static pressure calculation for Air handling units and exhaust fan, prepare the shop drawings.• Material submitting as per standards & project specification.• Review of Supplier documentation for integration within Project design and make the negotiations to get the best price.• Request the equipment's and materials and follow up it to get on the requested date.• Follow up all our works at site and coordinate with the engineer and supervisors to finish that on the time and follow their problems to solve it. • Prepare monthly invoices and follow it with the main contractor. • Maintained consistency of work in the project and ensured that the staff was adequate for the project and evaluate their work.

- Heat load calculation & CFM calculation, Air Distribution Design.- HVAC Designing and also drafting the projects- Design of duct sizing and drafd the duct roots, selection of grills & diffusers - Interaction / Coordination with Clients & Consultants till the design meet the required design standards & it gets approved.- Preparation of detailed Bill of Materials and quantities including all Equipment's, accessories with technical specifications for all.- Preparation of HVAC Quotation and details, manages and follows up on the preparation of the related documents and proposals and negotiating with clients in terms of pricing, discount policy and payment schedule.- Follow with our site engineer until to recive the work from the consultant.- To ensure timely completion & quality of work assigned with in assigned date & hours.
