Manage firewall security via central management consoles such as FortiGate and FortiManager, enabling employees to seamlessly work from anywhere while accessing critical resources. Develop and document complex network architectures, designs, features, and test results, improving customer satisfaction reviews by 50%. Streamline the process of troubleshooting, monitor service issues, and network performance, reducing network down-time by 11%, and improvement in response times by 55%. Assist co-workers with 50 knowledge base articles to reference during high volume phone calls, as a resource before escalation, reducing the hold times by 78% and 90% decrease in the number of tickets being escalated. Conduct initial analysis of network issues, resolving and escalating the network issues for ~ 1000+ pharmacy stores with their Polycom phone system.
