I,as the director of center regional office duty Task Manager service before, during and after sales at six state in center of country .( Isfahan , Hamedan , Markazi , Yazd , Lorestan & Chahar mahal )To accomplish this Duty , i had 30 direct employees at departments :Technical support , Customer Support , Training , Call Center , Happy Call , Warehouse & Direct Service Center (DSC) .In addition to managing this 30 direct employees , i was in charge 130 agent service and has about 500 technicians in the region .Also LG cooking school is subset of departments regional office which duty learn working with WMO to customers which managed by the Regional Director .Major Activities in this job :*Receiving repair & installation request from CIC and transfer to ASCs .*Follow up long pending repairs .*Happy Call execution and weekly feedback to ASC support team.*process of absorption and Cancel ASCs ( agent service ) .*process of attracting, training and confirmed technicians .*process of receiving and tracking customer & dealer complaints .*process of providing technical advice to the ASC & technicians .*process of needs & planing & assessment training for ASC & technicians .Also i could Proposed and implemented CIC Coverage & Extended Warranty projects in Isfahan .
