Director - Partner Relationship Management

Job Responsibility:• Drive the demand management process consistent with organizational strategies.• Develops appropriate SCM strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost. • Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Coordinates SCM functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization & KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.• Preparing material demand based on sales projection & historical data, measuring projection accuracy• Inventory optimization by monitoring RM, WIP, GIT, FG status against target.• Works with plant, warehouse & logistics team to determine & set up intercompany transfers.• Following SAP regularly for SIT, Safety stock, Pending Dispatch, Targeted sales, STO, PGI, etc. • Road mapping and freight negotiation & calculation for cost model of transportation • Monitoring daily out of stock materials with operations & set proper action plan for replenishment.• Align with commercial team for upcoming local & LC related all goods. • Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison/ evaluation of factors affecting SCM. • Measuring & Evaluating Performance & MIS reporting to top managementMajor Contributions: • Leading 92 no. of members in my team: 36 permanent and rest of 56 are contractual employees & ensuring operational excellence from 4 factories, 10 depots. • Maintained strong working relationship with 35 Nos of external transporter• Demand forecasting, Material Requirement planning Production Planning, Distribution Planning, Depot Operation Manageement, Inventory management for (76SKUs) & 40000 ton (Animal Feed) • Providing total logistics support for 6 own vehicles & 20+ leased cars • Maintaining strong working relationship with 24 sales manager & top 50% of 1002 distributors. • Increased 2 new factory & logistics SOP & Depot Policy Making

Job Responsibility:• Overseeing and monitoring raw material stock in Material Requirement Planning (MRP) module.• Interact with Sales and Customer Service team to recognize demand forecast drivers.• Maintaining the Safety, Quality and Stock Norm in the Warehouse operation.• Identify, control & develop purchasing processes & practices to ensure timely material management.• Coordinating S&OP meeting & discussing with management about operations and productivity issues.• Disposal of RM/PM with continuous monitoring with the target to reduce business waste.Achievements: • Leading Inbound Logistics team: 2 SAP operators, 12 WH operators, 2 Supervisors, 50+ daily basis labor for different Home Care Products (Wheel, Surf Excel, Rin Power White, Vim Bar) • Led the warehouse management of Dhaka for 2 months & also handled the port related issues. • Maintained strong working relationship with 42 different types raw materials & 85 vendors

• Preparing voucher, ledger, trial balance, factory budget & other accounting related all works. • Coordinating all import related works & communicating freight forwarder to in-house goods on time.• Closely work with Finance team to support various Supply Chain Finance activities.

• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods. • Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and analyzing data to monitor performance.
