I have recently completed a BTEC Level 3 IT Extended Diploma course in college and I am now looking for an IT job or a level 4 apprenticeship. I am willing to relocate if need be and I am adaptable to a flexible work approach.I have experience dealing with many customers and I approach each customer with a friendly and professional manner. I also have vast experience in Excel spreadsheets which I used for data collection and organising finances for the company. I have experience with troubleshooting and computer maintenance. I also have experience with softwares like defragmentation, antivirus software and driver updating softwares.In my previous job I have been collecting donations through card, cash or cheque payments and adding them through the salesforce system. The donation that has been added to the system is then added to the spreadsheet for the week and then carefully checked at the start of the week for any mistakes or errors in the spreadsheet.
