As last experience in my career, I participated in construction of 5 buildings in 2 last years. Our projects are located in Tehran city and I had different roles and responsibilities to carry out the projects, Such as:. Planning executive phase of each building in MS Project,· Monitoring & controlling the performance of projects,· Coordinating the projects,· Supporting and consulting to site supervisors and· Planning for procurement.And the most important things that I learned in these projects is communicating with people, especially with my team members and other stakeholders.

It was my second experience and I managed 2 construction sites simultaneously. (Moghadami and Bazargan projects)Moghadami project is a 5-floor building with 1 parking floor and 4 residential floors. The area of each floor is 140 square of meters and there is a just one unit in each floor.Bazargan project is a 8-floor building with 2 parking floors and 6 residential floors. The area of each floor is 250 square of meters and there are 2 units in each floor.In these Projects, I worked more on executing phase and I gained some knowledge about:· Mechanical and Electrical Systems,· Implementation of façade of buildings,· Brick work,· Floor and wall tiling and something else.Also there are 2 another important subjects that I worked on:First one is "Planning" the project in short and long term. I learned how to plan the work based on predefined milestones, fixed budget and constraint of resources.And the second one is "Team management". As a site supervisor you should have some abilities to manage your team, resolving conflicts that occur between them, motivating your team members, etc. So you should act and behave like a leader and facilitator and after that you can see your team’s high performance.

This project is located on Daroos Street, Tehran city.It is a 9-floor building, including 2 parking floors and 7 residential floors. The area of each floor is 680 square of meters and there are 3 units on each floor.It was my first experience in my career and I got to know with executing phase of construction project. I learned many things such as:· How to Communicate with workers,· How to motivate contractors to work better and faster,· How to control their performance,· How to read structure plans,· How to create WBS for real project and· Safety requirements that must be followed in construction site.
