 Preventive and Corrective Instrument maintenance of North Field Alpha (NF-A) PS-4 Offshore Gas Production platform having Capacity of 880 MMSCFD Gas & 35000 BPD Condensate for Wellhead, Christmas Tree related instrument, Production header, Test header, Riser Treatment platform (Inlet KO drum, Test Separator, Intake Separator, Heat Exchanger, gas to gas exchanger, pig launcher, Condensate Pump, Recycle Gas compressor, Turbo Compressor, Glycol contactor, Glycol Stripper, Primary cooler, Gas metering, Condensate metering, Corrosion Inhibitor, Flare System etc.) Utility Platform (MPG Main Power generation – 12 x 2 MW Turbine, Waste heat exchanger, Nitrogen Package, Instrument Air compressor, Water maker, chlorination unit, Sea water lift pump & filter package, Diesel/Electrical Fire & Foam water pump, Diesel Generator etc.)DCS: ABB Ability control system 800XA / ESD, F&G : Rockwell Automation ICS Assisting for plant start-up to operational activities provide technical assistance and support as required, to the Operations Team during process plant shut down and start up. Receiving of Maintenance Work Permits with the coordination of supervisor or engineer and operators to arrange the bypass or Override, controller to be on manual /Isolation and back to service De-Isolation of respective equipment related Instruments.

 Have worked on all type of ON/OFF Valve, Hydraulic actuator, Piston type, diaphragm type and control valve such as flow control, pressure, temperature control, and level controls (Make: Fisher, masoneilan , Dresser, Voltak, Flow serve etc) can fully dismantle, service, replace defective parts reassemble, test and calibrate any type of control valves actuator, valve positioner, limit switches, Booster relay, Lockup relay, SOV and Air filter regulator for example: Actuator valve dismantling, replacing old diaphragm, gland packing ,Travel Scale, Valve seat, Valve plug and seat if necessary, lapping plug and seat for tight shut off and body test to process specification requirement. Arranged daily activities upon received custody transfer from commissioning team Such as; Preparation of work pack, Loop check activity System by system, Package of vendor and also preparation of daily work permit. Perform in Pre-commissioning group, work related in point to point check, cold and hot loop check, calibration, fault tracing and segment test on Hart and Field-bus system. Also assist vendor (GE) in trouble shooting on Turbine, compressor in speed and vibration system. Carried out Pre shutdown and Shutdown Activities Prepares shut down job packs that include work specifications, estimated man-hours, required material, and all relevant documents like permit to work, P&ID, schematic drawings, vendor drawings, plot plan and so on. Coordinated with vendor for removal of vibration probes (Radial, Axial, Key phasor) and temperature sensors related to Compressor and Turbines. Also install and adjust gap voltage for vibration loops after completion of the mechanical activities and checking of vibration system and proximitors data collection related to VTMS loops. And fixing vibration and temperature probes related to Turbines GE and Compressor Reciprocating (Siemens Demag Delaval).DCS: Yokogawa Centum CS 3000SCADA control system: Yokogawa Stardom, F&G: Yokogawa Prosafe

 Troubleshoot various types of process instruments, system, equipment operational problem and consult with supervisor and colleagues as required. Work independently and attend emergency. A Job tool box talk, carries out job safety analysis, creates work permits and adheres to site PTWs, ensures correct tools, materials and procedures are used. Report to Instrumentation Engineer for spare parts and consumables required for the activities and update spares availability to cope up with the maintenance requirements.  Performing servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and preventive and Corrective maintenance duties and tasks safely carrying out isolations and de-isolations on fire and gas, safety equipment. Worked on Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Shutdown Overhauling of Gathering Centre which includes equipment like separator, desalter, Heater, Storage Tanks, Condensate Recovery Unit, and Feed Pump etc. DCS: Honeywell Experion & TDC 3000

 Under my guidance supervision of cable pulling, cable dressing all fabrication of cable tray and its supports (electrical as well as instrumentation tray) were done, before installation, during installation and after installation. Executed right from procurement to installation of E&I activity like cable laying, tray work instrument’s structure installation, instrument support, instruments installation, JB installation its glanding and termination, Fire and gas devices, battery installation, Transformer, Motor, Lighting fixture, Generator Switchgear panel, Switchgear Equipment, lighting panel, Breaker panel, Current transformer, voltage transformer, relay, control circuit, Busbar for three phases, insulator.  Provide regular feedback to the construction & commissioning Supervisor as well as engineer on progress, achievement safety & quality related issues. Experience of ESD and F&G cause & effect testing, function test& logical functional test with the help of PLC & DCS engineer in oil & gas processing equipment and plants.DCS: Schneider EcoStruxure Foxboro FCP 280, FDC 280 Co-ordination with different vendor’s special instruments like displacer Level transmitter, Guided wave Radar level transmitter, variable area flow meter, Turbine flow meter, Rota meter, control valve etc. for loop check, calibration and Functional test. Preparation of Loop folders and red lined markup for site document changes like wiring drawing, Loop drawing etc.
