RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETE Production,packaging and SHIPPING PROCESS OF FINISHED GOODS FOR EXPORT AND LOCAL SHIPMENTS.MAINTAINING HIGH QUALITY AS PER INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS.RESPONSIBLE PACKING AND HANDLING MANPOWER.• Capable of Preparing and maintaining documents like Daily Material Receipt report, Job site receipt report, Irregular Material receipt report, Record card, Delivery Voucher, etc.• Inspection of materials and ensure that the materials received have not sustained any damages.• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, & maintenance operations.• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies & procedures.• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirement.• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.• Manage stock and reconcile with Business Application.• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.• Produce reports and statistics regularly.• Expertise in Warehouse Management procedures and best practices• Strong knowledge of Warehousing Key Performance Indicators.• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.• Excellent Communication skills

Responsible for complete shift operation,ensuring quality and minimising the production errors.co ordinating with factory manager relating better improvement of man,machine and methods.familier in emergency evacuation plan.-Establish and maintain harmonious customer relationship during the third partyinspections.-Responsible for approving Incoming, in-process and Final Inspection of all Items offered for Inspection.-Ensuring that all Quality Tests will done as per an international standards andaccording to customer requirements and Prepare / update Inspection and TestPlan (ITP) asper the instruction of QA/QC Manager.-Ensure segregation of Non-Conforming / Rejected Items; Ensure Disposition andDisposal of rejected items.-Verification / Closing on non-conforming product & Glass rejection reports in coordination with the Department Concerned & Verification of proposed corrective/preventive actions for the non-conformance.-Coordinate with maintenance for the Calibration of Measuring Instrument / Equipment at least 2 weeks before its due date arrival.-Occasionally discuss with QA / QC Manager when an opportunity of improvingthe accuracy of procedure/process is observed.-Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the QA / QC Manager for accomplishing the objectives of the company.
