Obtain quotation from suppliers and finalizing the best quote.Negotiate for the best price and prompt delivery.Ability to manage and maintain good relationship with vendors.Review and process purchase orders as per the management decision.Contact vendors to obtain price quotes and perform negotiations.Ensure that all purchase operations were performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.Perform purchase operations with the assigned budget.Maintain records of purchases.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that goods are delivered on-time.Negotiate price and terms with suppliers.If required, inspect goods for any defects and missing things.

Build and establish good work relationship with clients.Maintain accurate records and control reports.Communicate and explain work procedures to subordinates.Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities.Provide administration assistance to Production Managers when needed.Prepare and review internal documentations for management and production staffs.Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery.
