Select borrowers, develop prospective client base and maintain potential business relationships complying with banks policy from preferred sectorso   Assess current and prospective clients' credit requirements and worthiness.o   Promote appropriate loan facilities considering the size, tenor, modus operandi, covenants etc.o   Maximize bank’s earning opportunities by meeting assigned key performance indicators.o   Analyze and assess company background, management, repayment history and sources through acute market research, financial statement analysis and cash flow projection.o   Identify early alert symptoms of customers and prepare & execute relationship strategy accordingly.o   Visit and monitor project premises operating under bank's financing to ensure proper business conduct and retain potent relationship with clients.o   Development and execute customer relationship strategy.

•Solicit new client for asset and maintaining the overall relationship with existing and potential corporate clients. •Loan Structuring, maximizing income from the accounts. •Visit of existing & potential clients’ office premises, factory. •Negotiation with the customers for pricing, securities & others. •Regular follow up with the client for maximum utilization of credit limits, incremental business, settlement of loans.•Assessment of clients’ credit needs, identifying borrowing needs and analyzing repayment source. •Credit Proposal: Guide RM to prepare of Credit Memo package for new corporate customers and ensuring timely renewal & review of approved credit lines.

Also preparing forecast of clients fund need in a pro-active manner for smoother operations. •Major Client list: City Group, LG Butterfly, NR Group, Youth Group, Impress Group, Impres-Newtex Group, SAFE & FRESH Foods Limited, Shafiul Alam Group, LABAID Group, DIRD Group, Shaiham Group, Energypac Group, AND Telecom Limited, Tech Valley Networks Ltd., Popular Diagnostics & Pharmaceuticals etc.

o Processing of Loan proposal for placement to the Board/Management for decision.o Ensuring in-depth analysis for assessing acceptability of credit proposal through application of different financial indicators and taking macro and micro economic indicators into consideration.o Ensuring asset growth/suspension as per established strategy of Bank for desired exposures in different sectors.o Ensuring compliance to the Credit Policy manual of the Bank. o Imposing loan covenants for establishing control on the operation of the clients. o Ensuing sound credit practices as per directives/guidelines set by Central Bank.o Identifying early warning indicators and setting covenants/conditions as remedies. o Managing the portfolio in terms of keeping delinquencies and NPL at the lowest possible level. o Regular monitoring of the portfolio based on data generated MIS team. o Applying remedial management through rescheduling/restructuring of delinquent loans.

•Primarily responsible for maintaining the overall relationship with corporate customers with credit facility equal to BDT 100 million & above.•Assessment of clients’ credit needs, identifying borrowing needs and analyzing repayment source. •Loan Structuring, maximizing income from the accounts. •Credit Proposal: Preparation of Credit Memo package for new corporate customers and ensuring timely renewal & review of approved credit lines.•Monitoring: Follow up to compile information necessary for annual reviews, Credit Memorandums, maintaining MIS, obtain CIB report and carry out correspondence regarding this.•Transactions: Carrying out daily transactions as per client need and requirement. Also preparing forecast of clients fund need in a pro-active manner for smoother operations.
