• Monitor drawing / material / work conformances with provisions as per specification, MUSANADA requiremets, ADDC/Civil Defense regulations.• Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the Project Director, Construction Manager and the Planning Engineer for any immediate action.• Supervise the production of co-ordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements.• Ensure all builders works drawings are comprehensive and discussed with the various engineers for the best implementation and installation of services in coordination with other parties and main contractor. • Provide reminders, in advance to the Project Director for any anticipated conflict that may happen in the future with respect to the simultaneous activities of all MEP trades and main contractors.• Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up the implementation of the Clients comments in timely manner.• Distribute detailed information, documents and regulations as applicable to all concerned parties and ensure their acknowledgement and adherence to its contents.• Coordinate with Consultant, sub-contractors and Construction Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.• Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of Projects within the stipulated time.• At project close out co-ordinate the production of as built drawings to ensure they are delivered as per the contract requirements in terms of quality and time.

• Review the contract documents (drawings and specification related to his discipline) and advises the Construction Manager of any deficiency.• Review Contractor's submittals, Shop drawings, related to my discipline, and ensure its compliance with concept design, contract requirements and properly coordinated with other disciplines.• Regular visits to Project site to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report any deviations to Construction Manager. • Review and approval of Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and ensure its compliance with all contract requirements. • Coordinate with COMPANY Senior Engineer to establish the intervention point in the proposed Inspection and Test Plan.• Participate in reviewing Field Design Changes, related to his discipline, by giving the technical position addressing any foreseen cost and Time Impact.• Advise PMT Quality and Safety Engineers as well as Construction Manager of noticed non-compliance cases during site visits.• Regular spot checks of material delivered to site, related to his discipline, and inspection of stored materials on site to ensure it is as per approved materials and in good condition.• Attend Technical Meetings with Contractor, and Weekly Progress Meetings if required by Construction Manager.• Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines / Trades has been carried out for all External and Internal MEP services.• Witness pre commissioning & commissioning activities related to my discipline and ensure full compliance with project requirements.

 Analysis of Engineering Specifications from the consultant. Prepare & submit material submittals for consultants/clients approval. Preparing take offs based on shop drawing and to verifying with Bill of quantities to place order of material for execution & actual execution of work. Cooling load calculation after building survey using CARRIER and ASHRAE Standards by manual and by latest HVAC software. Calculation of blower CFM, air distribution duct design following SMACNA and Selection of diffusers, grilles G.I Sheet etc, etc. Erection /installation of All numerous equipments Such as Chillers, Pumps, Air Handling Units, Air Cooled Packaged Units, Ducting, Fan coil Units, Hot water Converter, Inertia Filters, Bleed Fans, Exhaust Fans, Kitchen Hoods, all types of valves and inspect the same for the conformance of specifications to be followed.
