Review and Check the calculations and Materials for the HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting as per the respective codes and standards and project specifications.3. Provide solutions for the problems encountered during the site execution and coordinate with MEP activities.4. Accomplish the project on time within the scope of work and budget and achieving the targets assigned on time.5. Project Management under the preview of the cheif of the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and precisely monitoring of the site development activities and coordinating for all services.

Career Tasks Assigned under Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning SystemI have been working for the Information Technology Communication Complex Project for Intercontinental Hotel Group a 5 star Hotel Facility worth of approximately 1billion Saudi Riyal, during which I have remarkably rectified the major design mistakes in the design and shop drawings, provided accurate solutions for 3000ton capacity of Hvac equipment selections in the critical areas, implementation of the Best Practice Guide in all the execution works, make regular meetings for critical issues and evaluate the progress for the release of the progressive payment for the contractor. My responsibilities as Senior Field Mechanical Consultant were to undertake the building services for Hvac, Plumbing and Fire fighting systems.• The cooling load of 30,000 tons was fed by the district cooling plants and entering our Energy Transfer Stations, Where we have Territory pumps and Heat Exchangers and our Hotel demand was 3000tons of chilled water networks. I have been checking the design, shop drawings and respective materials submittals for approvals as per the respective standards and project specifications, supervision for the execution of the MEP facilities for the Energy Transfer Stations , Mechanical Rooms, Central kitchen areas, Ball Rooms, Exhibition Halls etc as per best practice guide lines and respective standards.• I have been conducting regular meetings with the contractor for the noticed Non Conformance Issues having quality remarks and also providing the solutions for the critical issues and guided the contractor to rectify the installations.• I am involved in regular walk through along with the third party Meinhart for the quality checks and maintain the works in accordance to the project specifications.• I was engaged with regular meetings in the presence of the contractor and client for the changes made in the systems by the end user IHG operator and coordinated the same on the site
