Hydro Jetting Supervisor: Supervises a crew of hydro jetting operators in works related tohigh pressure water cleaning operations, transportation ofhydro jetting equipments, testing and checking for safety,preparation of the working area, obtaining all relative permits towork.Operated Hydro-Jetting Pump machine of Capacity 40Kpsi andKnowledge of its Spare parts and operations.Supervise & Involve with the team of contractor responsible forthe Operation and maintenance of High-pressure water jettingequipments within the Plant especially on the following: ProcessPipe works, Heat Exchangers, Pressure vessels and Tanks,Rotary equipments, etc.Mechanical Supervisor: Supervision, monitoring and coordinating of all shutdown activities which include maintenance, inspection and testing with client and the maintenance team.Close supervision, coordinating and Extraction of U Tube and straight tube bundles of exchangers, using Bundle puller.Maintenance of all major static equipments like heat exchangers, fin fan coolers and pressure vessels.

Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includesdetailed reports and performance recordsRecommend improvement measures to the production process toensure quality control standards are met.Guide the production team about the quality control issues toenhance the quality of the product.Reject all incoming raw materials fail to meet quality expectationsand report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.Resolve quality-related issues adhering deadlines.Preparation of final inspection reports.
