- Communicate with manufacturing factories in ASEAN and Europe for launch of procurement and production status. - Conduct internal and external Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) and establish project management plan. - Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts. - Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan for schedule changes. - Customer communication regarding project and technical aspects. - Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements. - Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards. - Manage multiple projects in parallel with different project stages. - Identify and alert on execution risks, while being active in resolving issues throughout project delivery. - Lead communication with client for equipment FAT & SAT activity, and start-up commissioning at end-user site location. - Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. - Manage communication and discussion with customer for all technical questions and solutions for the assigned projects. - Manage third party suppliers in a project which includes technical requirements, material quotes, and purchase approvals. - Monitor and control project spending versus budget. Strive for gross margin improvement. - Provide inputs for drafting & responsible for correctness of drawings. - Responsible for on time engineering mile stones achievements according to project schedule. - Responsible to define the project workload plan, follow progress in line with scope of work and deliverables till completion. - Study project contractual scope or additional requirements to generate change order request and improve project margin.

• Directly report to E&I Manager under maintenance team and work along a team of engineers and technicians.• Assigned with Electrical & Instrumentation equipment list status report and present during weekly team meeting to identify needs of replacement or repairs.• Assist electrical and instrumentation engineer with generating ideas to improve existing electrical system facility which involves electrical system design, component selection criteria, and replacement activity.

• Directly report to Associate Director in carrying out organizational goals towards expanding green energy concept.• Attend site visits and meeting with clients for technical discussion and design proposal, which includes understanding the concept of on-grid and off-grid system implementation.• Coordinate communication with installation manpower before & during project executions.• Supervise the whole installation process which involves logistics arrangement and manpower coordination.• Assist electrical draughtsman with design installation layout of solar panel on roof surface area.
