I have more than 12 years of progressively responsible experience at the national and international level in the field of research, data management, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. I have hands-on experience in developing and implementing “Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy” for different projects on livelihood, nutrition and education in Bangladesh, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Somalia. My areas of expertise include developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation strategy, managing decentralized evaluation, data analysis (statistical and econometric) with Stata, R and SPSS, mapping analysis with QGIS and ArcGIS, mobile data collection through ODK Collect and ONA platform. I am highly adept in quantitative and qualitative research methods, monitoring and evaluation, designing and implementing large surveys. I have several publications on different topics covered obstetric care cost, equity, urbanization, education. I completed MSS in Economics from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
